Last minute guests? Chocolate muffins are the perfect dessert saver. To be eaten for breakfast or as a snack and accompanied by a cappuccino or hot tea, they are very easy and quick to make. They are prepared in classic moulds (silicone/ paper) which give them a round shape with a dome top. My favourites are these chocolate ones, a real triumph of flavours!
